Dear Staff, Parents, Students, and Well-Wishers of St. Xavier's Boys' Academy,

As I prepare to conclude my time at SXBA, I write these few lines to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, encouragement, and collaboration. It has been a privilege to serve the vibrant Boys’ Academy.

Though my tenure here has been brief, it has been both enriching and truly memorable. The strength of SXBA lies in its people—our dedicated staff, supportive parents, enthusiastic students, and loyal well-wishers. You have consistently risen to every occasion, and I encourage you to continue the excellent work that defines Boys’ Academy.

As I move on to take up a new responsibility, I am pleased to share that the management has made the following appointments to lead SXBA effective 01 June 2025.

• Dr. (Fr.) Francis Swamy SJ has been appointed as the new Manager of St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy. He brings with him a wealth of experience as the principal of prestigious schools such as Campion School and St. Mary’s school (ICSE). We warmly welcome him to the SXBA family.

• Ms. Monica Rose will assume the role of Principal. Her dedication and passion for education make her well-suited to lead the Academy to growth and development. We wish her every success in this new role.

• Ms. Heena Pereira has been appointed as the new Supervisor. Her commitment to academic quality and student development will be a valuable asset in this leadership position. We extend our best wishes as she takes on this responsibility.

We are confident that with your continued support and collaboration, this new leadership team will guide SXBA to even greater heights.

Let us continue to work together in spirit and purpose to make St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy a place of academic excellence and holistic development.
