With 11 years of experience in education at St. Xavier's Boys' Academy, I'm driven by a passion for unlocking the potential within every student. Inspired by the Jesuit value of Magis , I strive to inspire students to strive for excellence, to seek more, and to become men for others, working towards creating a more just and compassionate world.

Teaching at SXBA has not only been a platform to educate others—it has been a journey of continuous growth for me as well. As a dedicated and passionate educator, I have proudly served at St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy for the past 13 years. Throughout this time, I have aimed not only to be a teacher, but a mentor, guide, and role model for my students—someone they can look to for both academic guidance and personal growth.

I’ve worked to instil values like integrity, humility, kindness, and responsibility, both through my teaching and by moulding  them in my everyday interactions.

As I continue to walk this path, I remain committed to the ideal that education, at its best, is a lifelong relationship between hearts and minds—one built on trust, respect, and a shared belief in the power of learning to transform lives. 

Teaching at St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy has been more than a job—it’s been a journey of learning and growth, not just for my students, but for me as well. Over the past 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of a community where I strive to be more than just a teacher. I aim to be a mentor, a guide, and someone my students can trust and learn from, both in the classroom and in life.

I believe in teaching by example—living the values of honesty, kindness, humility, and responsibility that I hope to inspire in my students. For me, true education goes beyond textbooks; it’s about building lasting connections based on trust, respect, and a shared love for learning.

As I continue this path, I stay rooted in the belief that education is a lifelong relationship—one that shapes hearts as much as minds.

With 12 years of teaching experience at S.X.B.A., I have discovered that teaching is truly my passion. I find great joy in guiding children as they learn and grow. My strengths include effective communication, strong collaboration with colleagues, and the ability to build positive relationships with both students and parents. I continuously explore innovative teaching methods to make learning engaging and meaningful. I have been appreciated for my patience, dedication, adaptability, and my ability to create a safe, supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued.

To me, teaching is more than just a profession, it’s  a calling. A vocation I have continuously pursued with dedication and passion. As a teacher, I am constantly evolving, adapting, and reinventing my approach to ensure that each of my students can reach their fullest potential.

My mission as an educator is to empower students to grow in compassion and knowledge, develop self-awareness, cultivate a lifelong love for learning, and become responsible citizens of tomorrow. I strive to create an inclusive, engaging, and value-driven environment where every learner feels seen, supported, and inspired not just to succeed academically, but to grow as kind, thoughtful, and contributing members of society.

With 19 years of teaching experience, I’ve come to deeply understand that every child learns differently. One of my core strengths as an educator is my ability to recognize when a student is facing learning challenges and to respond with empathy and effective support. I firmly believe that with the right guidance and encouragement, every child can overcome

obstacles and thrive.

A passionate educator with nearly two decades of dedicated service at St. Xavier’s Boys' Academy, I believe in shaping not just minds but character. With a strong will and unwavering determination, I strive for excellence and discipline in every student. My approach blends values with academics, ensuring children grow into respectful, responsible citizens. I walk the talk—encouraging both students and parents to lead by example. For the past 20 wonderful years at St. Xavier’s Boys’ Academy, I’ve had the privilege of shaping young minds, walking beside them as they grow, learn and discover their own unique paths. From leading vibrant cultural events to mentoring future leaders and celebrating academic milestones, each moment has been a chapter in a story I’m proud to tell. With creativity, compassion and unwavering commitment as my strengths, I strive to make every lesson meaningful and every child feel seen. SXBA isn’t just where I work – it’s where I belong.

With 20 years of experience in teaching Marathi, Hindi, and Physical Training, my passion lies in

nurturing young minds and bodies. My goal is to empower students with language skills, physical fitness, and values that shape them into well-rounded individuals, ready to take on life’s challenges with confidence and enthusiasm.

Providing education in a joyful atmosphere, making Marathi and Hindi languages more accessible to children. With a commitment to providing education, I contribute wholeheartedly to the school with a sense of duty and responsibility for their holistic development.

As an art teacher at St. Xavier's Boys' Academy, I strive to ignite a passion for creativity and self-expression in my students. With a focus on nurturing individuality and artistic growth, I guide my students through a variety of mediums and techniques, encouraging them to explore their unique perspectives. Over the past 12 years, I've had the privilege of watching countless young minds blossom into talented artists, and I'm committed to continuing to inspire and support the next generation of creatives at St. Xavier's.

I have been a teacher at SXBA for the past 2 years. I love teaching and enjoy watching my students learn and grow. I try to make my classroom a happy and safe space where children feel free to share and learn. I understand their worries and always support them. I’m known for creative teaching, good class control, and strong bonds with my students. I’ve been appreciated for my patience.

I am always learning new and interesting ways to teach. I’m proud to be a part of SXBA and excited to continue this journey.

From a very young age I have been on stage and my passion developed into a vocation. I believe that every child should be able to speak confidently on stage or in front of an audience. I hold a Professional Certificate in Communication Skills from the Trinity College of London and have been teaching Speech and Drama for over two decades now. With SXBA, it’s  been a fabulous 5 years and I am proud to be a part of the Jesuit team. Besides teaching speech and drama , I do some social work with under privileged children and teach at Sunday school. I hope to help every child learn how to speak convincingly to a public audience by improving their pronunciation, diction, style and delivery.
